At Bloom House ATX, every arrangement is hand-crafted with care using the freshest flowers available. Because our products are perishable and custom-designed, we do not accept refunds or returns once an arrangement has been delivered or picked up.

Our team will work with you directly to address your concerns and make things right — whether through a replacement, adjustment, or future credit at our discretion.

Covers orders up to ~5–7 miles radius from our home base

Extended Local Deliveries

$1.25–$1.50 per mile beyond 7 miles
Example: 15-mile delivery = $20 flat + $10 mileage = $30 total
